At Msofas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new furniture. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your furniture to start the return process.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure all items are disassembled and securely placed back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the items from your residence; please note that a collection fee may apply depending on your location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the items arrive back at our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
